The Iowa Cattlemen's Association is proud to partner on several preconditioned sales in northwest Iowa. Sales will be hosted at both Sheldon Livestock Sales and Spencer Livestock Auction & Sales. All sales begin at noon.

Policy Committee Meetings

Policy committee meetings help narrow the focus of discussion in key areas. This allows participants to dive more deeply into topics related to that area and ensure that all topic areas get adequate time for discussion. ICA hosts three committee meetings Beef Products, Business Issues, and Cattle Production. These three committees will meet before the annual convention to begin discussions and gather input. All active/paid producer members are invited to participate. Then, at the annual convention, active/paid producer members convene to introduce, debate, and vote on new or expiring resolutions and directives. Finally, the recommendations from each committee meeting will be reviewed and then shared during the annual meeting for ratification. The annual convention and annual meeting will take place on December 12 - 13 at The Gateway in Ames, Iowa.
